Amanda and I have been wanting to share how we produce our single malt, so we called our friend Rafael to film some sort videos.  From all our travels it became obvious how passionate the people at the distilleries, cooperages and vineyards were.  We wanted to honor their traditions and bring it back home to Texas.   Everything is run by hand, so we work together to divide the heavy work load.
