Swift Single Malt Sauternes is a hand-crafted, Texas whiskey. As with our original sherry finish, we take tight cuts off copper pot stills to fine-tune our spirit by taste.

Twice-distilled from 100% Scottish malted barley, each batch is aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels and finished in Sauternes wine casks we hand-selected from Bordeaux, France. 

The result is a rich, elegant whiskey balancing spiced vanilla and lemon curd with hints of honeysuckle and buttery caramel. Cheers!
